Pros

First time with this brand of citronella. Other brands i've tried are heavier oil and they saturate the paper with too heavy of an oil. The bang for your buck is excellent.

Smells great, low alcohol smell, stays around a long time, but not over powering if used in moderation. Scent is fresh and sharp minty. Not too overpowering and not dull either.

Cons

The label says the oil is made from pressed citrus rinds but omits the type. It smells slightly lemony or *, but mostly it just smells like plant matter.

Only half of the protective wrap even in the box. Can't be returned unless received damaged. Did nothing to stop the ticks off me or my dogs.

Not minty at all. Seems diluted or something. Not cedarwood. Get anjou peppermint oil instead.

They accidentally sent me the wrong bottle but sent me another one right away when i let them know, good customer service is well.

Packaging/appearance

I love the quality glass bottle and superb packaging.

On opening box had strong smell, maybe the bottle leaks a little.

I usually buy another brand, this is quite cost saving while still being really pure.
