The book is endlessly interesting looking at varied and intriguing topics which you would not normally put together

The slight downside is that it is based on a serious of articles in the ny times which are reprinted in the book as an appendix of sorts

The mastermind behind this book interprets the data and weaves the stories that they tell exposing the falsehoods of certain accepted common sense principles and the incredible realities behind various complex areas of social psychology and the capitalist world

Really interesting i’m certain some people will be deeply offended but i like the this is what the data says approach leaving out the morality for the reader to decide for themselves

But this wouldn’t mean much were the book not written so well full of charming and witty lines the authors pull together these disparate themes gracefully and guide the reader no matter how novice in data analytics through the data to reveal conclusions anyone can understand
