They fit and look great and i will be ordering the next size down to have a more firm fitting “athletic performance” fit

5 hoping they would either fit perfectly or preferably be oversized to layer with poly or wool long johns

Needless to say i don’t do “skinny jeans” i read some older reviews saying small fit and ordered the 42x31
