Pros & Cons
Pros
The winters here get freezing winds with ice and sand that hit, so the cold goes right through. I have owned several pair over the years.
The fit is perfect and keep you dry. The shoulder straps are wide enough to keep other straps away. The clasp is firm enough tokeep them from loosening back up. The strap is adjustable of course.
There is insulation in the legs but it feels more dense than cheaper snowpants so there's not all that puffiness. Leg openings are zippered for easily removing or putting on over boots. Most comfortable in terms of roominess in the * and * areas.
Highlights
Quality
Lots of pockets with zippers, elastic around the waist too is nice to stretch as you move with the board etc.
The insulation seems to be a good quality.
Competitiveness
There is insulation in the legs but it feels more dense than cheaper snowpants so there's not all that puffiness.
