I pretty much hate all the hiking pants available these days because the fabric is so awful flimsy from everybody.

Love these pants, not the best but for price they do as expected, light weight, dry quick, and legs come off easy and go back the same.
Packaging/appearance
Being able to convert these pants to shorts also allowed me to pack less in my backpack.
I ordered 3 pairs and they arrived today, i reluctantly opened the packaging and tried them on.
Competitiveness
Compare this to the columbia pants that i looked at and purchased at a retail store and i think the ones here are actually the better buy.
Better than my brand name / big store convertible pants at half the price.
The alternatives on amazon all have the goofy china sizing that never seems to translate to the actual fit.

These are light weight nylon style cargo pants
