Pros
This jacket is very nice for the prise love the water resistant. Price is priceless. It’s sleek and i constantly get compliments on it.
Meets department color spec has velcro to put department patches on each side. Dual front zipper makes for easy access to equipment worn on your belt. The vent zipers through-out the jacket make is usable at all times.
Concealable hood is easy to unpack and conceal. Perfect jacket and hood combo.
Cons
Wish they had a way to check items like these before permitting the sale. An idiotic design. It's like a gimmick or a practical joke.
The material feels nice and it felt like it was durable, but the zipper broke on the first day. Haven't tested the waterproof quality, but judging by the zipper digging into my elbow, it probably has some leaky spots.
Velcro cuffs are useless because they don't tighten enough. Pockets are oddly placed and inconvenient for me.

Quality
Held up well during mn subzero temps and didn’t even feel cold once.
It’s a lightweight raincoat that has a capability of an inside liner and plenty of zipper pockets like the coat.
It is completely waterproof but, is not insulated enough.
My only critiques would be a request for heavier gauge zippers, but they are adequate and nice.
Price
Took too long to get it, but for the price well worth it , glad i ordered xxxl , 2x would have been too small
I bought this for my husband when i saw it on sale.
Shipping
They sit on the order for a week b4 they ship.
I ordered it again (another week wait for them to process my order) and it finally arrived today.
Packaging/appearance
(this happened twice)the first order was "return to sender" by the post office for "damaged package".
