This book has the best storyline i have ever run across. Intriguing and unique storyline. Those who are into a more relaxed and enjoyable form of fantasy will welcome this book.

The characters are likeable, the story is interesting. The only flaw is that besides rezkin, the characters seem so juvenile in their mannerisms and speech. Rezkin is the ultimate trained warrior under unique circumstances.

Deadpan and dark humor abounds in the writing. This compliments the humor while giving the story depth and not letting it become too silly.

It’s in navigating a strange new world filled with lesser beings, some of whom he decides to protect at all costs. It reminds me of the twist in terminator 2, where the terrifying machine from the first movie was somehow reprogrammed to protect.

There are so many mentions of his perfect male physique, sculpted muscles, and beautiful grace it must make up a good 25% of the word count. Much of the book is concerned with his ignorance of men and women.

The flaws end up seriously limiting and/ or ruining the tale, depending on the book. However, it all goes downhill from there. Don't hop between perspectives.
