I never received the reel to reel in the line or the handle that reels in the line actually so i have never been able to use it

The packaging for the pole wasnt even new it was already opened

The first one i opened part of the rod assembly to attach the reel to the rod was stuck in the top part of the pen and when i tried to force it out it got damaged

The line seems pretty cheap and is very susceptible to tangles
