If your wrists are sore from using the computer, i highly recommend paying the $30 and trying this out.
But i bought only for right hand as it’s very costly.

The wrist band could be a little wider so it goes further down the arm to provide more wrist support because they dont prevent me from bending my wrist while im sleeping
