It is easy to use, wraps around a hand and wrist. Easy to adjust and keeps the wrist well supported. Bought it for tennis practice, my wrist hurts when i weight lift or play tennis.

Wearing it seems to do the trick with easing wrist strain and i've worn this for several days in a row without issue. I combine this product with a more ridged support that i wear in bed. Really helped with my recent sprain.

It is absolutely rubbish. Confusing, but feels very cheap. There is also a price difference between left/right which makes it even more confusing.

There is practically no neoprene material around the edge of the thumb hole. This product stinks of something, which i suspect is latex. It is also unbelievably thin and insubstantial.
