Pros

Back brace is 10x better than the ones you get at a convenience store. It's flexible, yet strong, distribution of pressure is excellent. Strong, very strong velcro.

This back also has a removable lumbar pad that cushions and compresses the lower back. I have an l4 l5 herniated disc. The bar in place keeps your spine aligned and fits around any size stomach.

I'm shorter and it still gave me plenty of support, especially with the corset design. The bracing at the middle really helps with back pain.

Cons

It’s way too big for a petit woman, which keeps falling and gettings loosened. Seems like its not gonna work on me. Cheap elastic straps for the actual tensioner of the support.
