Quality materials provide good support. Meets expectations. Suitable for all actions. It’s absolutely fabulous.
I have severe lumbar spinal stenosis and this belt allows me to do household chores without much difficulty. Use over a shirt or compression shirt to get the best results to heal faster.
Back braces allow to chose how tight i want the belt to hug my back. Has velcro straps to adjust the tightness. The adjustable feature makes this truly personalized fit.
Cons
In spite of what they advertize, this seller has no customer service. My lower back still hurts. Waste my time returning it.

Not the easiest to fit properly but it does provide some support for your back and to ensure that you bend correctly when reaching for something
