Quality
In terms of build quality, there's no complain and does seem durable.
I bought both left and right hand wrist support and love the quality and comfort of this wrist support.
It has support and padding so that is can be comfortable but i guess with the injury i have it was just too uncomfortable to wear.
Three stars as it is useful, but with the bar permanent not ideal for general, every evening support.

I only realised after i got mine that the metal support does not come out so its been put away for any time i actually need something this rigid

They arent as long as some other brands and the thumb hole seems small

After an initial few weeks wearing the middle strap placed back around toward itself in the middle to adjust i started bringing it around to the innermost part of the cuff on the inner armside

So it is on a diagonal path toward the inside of the cuff
