Freetoo copper arthritis gloves work for hand and wrist ailments. Hand washable, drip dry. I soak them in slightly warm water with a bit of a good hand dishwashing detergent to clean off any oils & dirt they pick up while i wear them.

I have severe swanning and deformation in my right hand along with quite a bit of joint swelling and degeneration which is a big problem when not only am i right handed but im a writer by profession

I will add that if youre looking for something to brace your wrists this probably isnt for you though admittedly my wrists are very thin now because of the bone degeneration so they might offer compression for someone with thicker wrists but i really couldnt care less about that

Theyre comfortable and i like the grippy palm but it sticks on a laptop computer keyboard

The gloves do not eliminate his pain but they do offer a bit of temporary relief and lessen the severity of the pain
