This one is just a cheap junk. It also feels and looks cheap. Very disappointed. Wasted my money.

Product is defective. Err message after just 2 uses. Have no way to contact seller.

none of my bags goes over 60pounds. Was off by 3 lbs according to scale at the airport. The scale is too small to grip properly for lifting luggage.
