They work really well, and theyre pretty good quality.
Nice quality, i can really stretch it out without feeling like im going to break it.
So i can get a pretty good range of resistance with the two bands.
Packaging/appearance
Comes in very nice packaging like someone took there time with that rather than some cheap loud plastic.

Products been great have the 4 pack that was forsale and it was best price.
I use it while working out , (deadlifts , squats, etc) and it adds more resistance , i loveeeeeeeeee it !
Adequate tension to make a challenging workout and/or assist with pull-ups.
