There are embedded leatherlike cushioning pads at 4 different locations on palm of glove. They're quite comfortable and adequately padded. These gloves fit well and provide good padding for weights.

Biggest issue is that they are just not durable. This is unfortunate. These are junk.

Grips looks cool but stitches can hold up to 3 months max. Stitching not very durable. Within a month the seams on the thumbs split and when they get sweaty they stink bad. Started to fall apart after a month.

Size is too small and doesn't fit well. The padding area is not even throughout. The size breakout is misleading. This is for people do yoga and regular stretching who talking as not even pushing 45# on bench.

The thumb ring is too tight and doesn't have a way to remove it easily. The thumb size is too small for the glove size. No indication of size on the packaging or the gloves.
