Pros & Cons
Pros
Gloves fit perfectly and are well padded to ensure comfort while training. They fit perfectly, and pads the weight of the right pressure points on the hand. My husband has very wide palms that usually stretch stitching to the max.
The straps wrap firmly around my wrist and stay exactly where i adjusted them to for my entire workout. They fit a little snug for my liking. One other thing to note is that the wrist strap fits lower than my previous pair.
Cons
For x-large the velcro wristband barely reaches around the wrist. These are nowhere near as protective as they need to be. Taking them off is difficult as they get stuck around the thumbs and there are no tabs on the thumbs like the other fingers.
Highlights
Quality
So far i very happy with the construction and the feel of them.
These gloves are well made and good quality.
Price
I've tried a few lower cost workout gloves and most were fair but flimsy.
Competitiveness
Made well to hopefully last a longtime.
Use these at the gym ofcourse, my wife has a pair too.

My advice is to err on the small side if your hand measurement is between sizes

And youll notice the lack of fit if the gloves are loose you wont if the gloves are snug
