Pros

Wrist support is good and can be adjusted according to how tight you pull the velcro closure. Very comfortable and just the right amount of padding. Extra large fits me to a t. Not too tight or too loose.

These workout gloves are actually better than the ones i am replacing. They seem to be made well but could use more padding for strength training--especially if you're doing chins and dips. No blisters or pinched fingers from wedding rings.

Cons

The gloves bite into the side of my hand, and during lat pull downs bunch and cause pain in my knuckles. The cushion is thin. These gloves have virtually no padding.
