The small/medium on a 17cm-ish wrist is just fine otherwise. Seem okay not too bulky snug fit and supports wrist well. Velcro straps are nicely thin.

It has a steel brace sewn in the front and the back. I wear it slightly looser for bed and it keeps me from tucking hand under my chin.

The velcro strap rings land directly on your wrist bone and end up hurting more than they help. The pleather wears off quickly and looks like a peeling mess within a couple weeks. The vinyl or leather on top is cracked and starting to peel already.
