Pros

The instructions aren't included with the package, but they can be found on the amazon site. The adjustable mirror is great for me as i'm tall. It's my first vanity, and it's serving its purpose.

Cons

There was a missing screw and scratches on the wood along with discoloration. The middle large mirror is cracked and the right corner is smashed in. Needless to say i am stuck with a damaged vanity and can not get replacement parts.
