Pros
The bamboo steamers need parchment (or silicone) liners to keep them clean. This washes right up and a small soft brush will clean up the wholes.
Turn upside down to keep steel rack from scratching porcelain pot. Works in various sized pots. Fits great in my largest saucepan, and clean up is easy.
Cons
This thing is worthless. I wish i would have just waited and got one that would actually work. Doesn't fit pots. Hard to remove from boiling water.

It will not work in a smaller than 3 quart pot because the handles will make it difficult to close the lid

I find that most steamers have that annoying handle in the center which means i either have to cut the filet or cram jam it in to fit around the center handle
