Pros

It has a great mix of spices, and none of them are overpowering. It carries a punch without being overwhelming. When you believe you have added enough, give it two more dashes.

Used on lamb, chicken thighs and pasta. Baked in 2 loaf pan and sliced it super thin. This is so delicious and i use it on oatmeal and also sprinkle it on apple slices for a fun snack.

This seasoning does exactly as it says. The italian seasoning makes for a wonderful salad dressing. The greek seasoning is an excellent greek seasoning.

Cons

It is more powdered than minced dried. It's not spicy at all, it taste stale and chalky with a hint of garlic.

Terrible ballance. It's not great, the trader joes one is better.
