My madeleines browned perfectly and slid right out of the mold effortlessly.
I cook the madeleines with a metal sheet underneath the mold.

As some of the review have said here need to but it in a traditional pan as it is not rigid will try a comment someone posted about placing it on a wire rack

Since the batter is rich in butter thats why madeleines are so delicious and even if you dont butter the mold there is still a butter residue left in the mold after the first batch of madeleine

It is barely noticable but after the second round in the oven it turns brown
