Pros
Easy to use, has a flat bottom for easy stacking and the cubes are easy to remove. Cubes are a bit more difficult to remove since it's so flexible and the lack of curved edges. Stays flexible even when just out of the freezer.
Quality of the tray is 10/10. These ice trays are everything i wanted them to be. The price is lower on this true silicon moulded ice cube tray than others i looked at.
Nice large cubes to prevent watering down drinks. Wife laughs at how comically large these are. Only complaint is that it don't have a lip aroudn teh edge.
The cubes are perfect size, only need 1 cube per drink. They are perfect for chilling my sipping rum. Perfect for making an old fashioned or a boulevardier. Great for shaking or stirring a drink.
Ice lasts at least as long as the beverage. Colder drinks longer with less water dilution. The ice is huge and lasts for a long time.

I let them sit outside the freezer for a couple minutes before removing them from the mold otherwise it might damage it.
I've been freezing a tray and storing them in a ziploc.

Twist the whole thing a little then push up from the bottom the ice cube you want to remove

Youll only need one and most of the time will have to toss the the cube into the sink because it will outlast your beverage

I could not believe the difference large ice cube make to drinks where dilution affects the taste
