The molds arrived quickly and the quality is good.
The quality of the 30 cavity canele pan i received was excellent.
I don't know if this is the pan so much or the quality of cannele that need that long bake for the caramelization.
The canneles baked up with the expected chewy crust and moist, custardy interiors, and turned out of the pan with ease.
Price
Could not ask for better and the price was great.
