Pros & Cons
Pros
Cut cleanly with no burn. Works as promised and has been sharp for 2 uses so far. Some boards i make are edge grain and some are end grain. Created a 15 degree angle for making my adirondack chairs.
Worked flawlessly. Would buy again if needed. User is idiot, bit is fine.
Cons
Bearing only has about 3/32 of vertical stock-riding surface. If you try to fit a 1/2 bearing to the bit, it lowers the initial contact point on the flutes. All of which could've been avoided if the bit were made to accept a 1/.

This has had no issues making perfect chamfers without any tear out in maple, walnut, purple heart, padauk, and other woods.
Each stave will be run through my w&h molder to create the radius needed.
My first time routing and it was like butter.
Price
Great value for the money and was plenty sharp enough that i didn’t have any tear outs.
Great value great product worth every penny
Packaging/appearance
Ended up cutting myself trying to get it out of the packaging though!
The other feature i like is the freud packaging of their product.
Competitiveness
I've used this once and it's better than most of the router bits i've got.
Top brand name freud should last a long time.

Just so you know when buying this bit the cut can be made larger than the typical chamfer bit but that also means that you have a larger diameter to spin

Dont forget that router hole for your router table or router needs to be larger as well

As far as this item i purchased i bought it for future use to chamfer corners instead of using table saw

The router bit will do a more accurate better quality cut and i do not have to set my table saw at extremes if the cut is on a high corner
