Highlights
Quality
This is my third freud router bit and i am pleased with the performance i get from them.
Very good bit, use it a lot, works like it is suppose to, good quality.
The 1/2 shank should prevent snap off problems other reviewers have mentioned with the 1/4 freud bits.
Packaging/appearance
Works just as well after 12 2 mortises in walnut as the day i took it out of the package.
Hard to get out of the pacxkage
Competitiveness
Used this in a 3hp router to plane a slab of oak.
Have completed both sides of a smaller maple slab and it's working great in my 2hp router and leaves just a minimal ridge to sand off.
After breaking two rockler router bits (same size), i bought the freud.

Something a little off and it wobbles and maybe you can see it or the board moves a little or the slot height is uneven or even some little bits fly out all of which leave the slot looking crummy
