Pros & Cons
Pros
This freud blade rips hardwoods and softwoods with ease. Will test the power on a jobsite saw cutting thick hardwood like oak, its a thick heavy blade. Leaves a very smooth finish for a rip blade.
Love it, like it. Nice blade. Arrived quickly. Machine de guerre.
Cons
This is the second 10 inch freud blade that i've encountered to be defective. It is not even a box, just a carton envelope which got immediately pierced by sharp teeth. Noticed after short use that there were two teeth missing.
Highlights
Quality
Quality of cut is fantastic, especially for the money.
Very heavy duty long lasting blade, very happy
Quality of cut is still absolutely acceptable, but it loses 1 star.
Competitiveness
I use it on a ridgid 4512 saw considered underpowered saw and it works great.
