The entire carrier feels well-built and sturdy. No fraying stitching or pieces that were falling apart. They are lightweight and easy to move from house to car and back.

The bottom of the carrier is more like a short carpet material so much preferred and softer than sticking them on a hard plastic. The padding is soft enough. It’s soft but sturdy and my 25lb cat spends hours sleeping in it.

The inside is soft enough so that if you are using it in the car and have to panic stop, your pup won't get beat up. The cats can see out all around, and have more air to breathe. My cat loves lounging in it every day.

It's the perfect size to sit in the front seat of my suv. This carrier is much more spacious!

The top and bottom zipper on to the sides isn't sturdy or reliable enough. The foam sides are also not durable. The zipper design is a bad choice.

Flimsy crate. No matter how i make sure the top zipper is correctly zipped it pops open.
