It is good to keep the temperature but it seems there are 10 pigeons cooing all the time in my dining room. The shelving is cheap. However, the unit is very noisy.

There is also an issue where the shelves have a lip in the rear that locks the shelf in place at the rear of the shelf side rails

And if you slide it out near half way it can tip forward

I think if you gently sand or chisel the edge off the back of the wood shelf it will pop forward much easier when you pull the shelf out

Bottle capacity the capacity and more importantly the shelf spacing is based on narrow bordeaux bottles
