Pros

Simple to install and plug in. Easy install, especially with the instructions that are included.

Great product. Shipped quickly. Should have gotten this sooner. Working like a charm.

Adhesive holds the coils in place to keep the run timer warm enough to cool the freezer to normal temp. Stopped my fridge from shutting down in the winter.

Cons

The heater stopped working after a week. After finding an electrician to install it, it turns out to be the wrong part. The problem is not with the part, the problem is with the seller.
