It's not the mechanical plastic rattle/buzz/resonating noise that typically develops in the vents of these window acs. I have a hepa filter running in the room which is louder. It's definitely louder than what i expected.

It's very easy to install. Unit is lightweight enough that one person can install it in a window. Louvers are just snap on. Much easier than units where they are attached with screws.

Cons

Frigidaire's qc is definitely an issue. The packaging is horrible. Their warranty is complete horsecrap.

The copper coolant line from the compressor was being hit by the rear fan blades. When it goes out you have no cooling, only the fan blowing.

The loudest part is when the compressor stops with a fairly loud thumping sound, followed by when it kicks in with a thump and loud whining. Once the compressor gets in and out in eco mode, it is quite loud with swirling and thumping sounds.

Please resend these forms. The service is laughable. It's a lot to spend for something that doesn't work consistently.

Simple to install simple to operate works great and very attractive

Ac does not have wi-fi, remote control looks and feels very cheap.

Until recently, i had a primitive air conditioner that leaked water everywhere and froze up if i used it for more than one day per week.

8000 btu’s great price , works really well for a studio apt.

This is the best money i have spent in a long time.

My central air went out and i couldn’t afford the $8,000 to fix or replace it.

With electric utilities sky high sure beats cost of central air.

And since i work in a amazon warehouse also got a extra 10% off and free delivery

It was also mildly damaged in shipping, which i didn't report.

My shipper must have been careful arrived in pristine condition.

It was very well packed, the instructions were very clear, and there is a video you can watch to help you with the installation.

I have tried countless brands of window units and frigidaire by far is the best at cooling.

This air conditioner is far superior to the one i bought eight years ago and swore by at the time.

It was a little disappointing - i wanted something as cold as the freezer section at costco.
