When making ice i usually fill it up with purified water then it starts dropping ice within minutes

The ice it produces is really tasty crunchy and small enough to fill water bottles easily

It will also keep making ice continuously if you allow the ice in the basket to melt but i dont recommend it since the ice will taste a little older eventually

Id recommend freezing the ice as soon as it comes out so you can keep it fresher

Overall its a great ice maker if you can get over the noise level and size of the ice

The style of the maker is quite nice though and it goes well in my kitchen since most of my appliances are blackstainless
