Pros
Very happy with my purchase. I have to admit that i am surprised how effective and efficient it is. It makes ice quickly, is relatively quiet, and is very easy to use.
This countertop icemaker is as advertised. Stops itself if the basket is full. Nice size to keep on the counter and use as your ice bin needs to be refilled. One downside to it is that it doesn't stay really cold inside of the compartment.

The ice maker has really out performed my expectations and i diffinately would buy and recommend again.
Our family used that ice daily, for years- and so far, this icemaker seems to he working as well as our original.
We purchased a ge opal previously and in 2 years it crapped out on us.
Is it supposed to be very loud when making ice it's very loud at certain points of its cycle.

It’s not a huge deal, but wanted to mention it to others.
Shipping
By the time we get home it’s full again.
We didn’t get the warranty so we weren’t able to get it fixed.

It’s more noisy than the ge opal ice machine we had previously.

The ice production is enough for two people at least

Its not very easy to clean but thankfully you dont need to clean it very often if you are using filtered water and following the instructions

I like using it on the large setting because the size of the ice is pretty much the same as the small but its way thicker

The ice melts inside the machine if you dont use it immediately

So they will stick to each other which makes it very hard to put the ice inside some bottles especially smaller ones without dropping some all over the floor
