Pros
This ice maker is excellent and makes great ice. Great value and portable.
I'm hopeful all will go well. It is so nice not to have to fill ice cube trays and drip water over the place. Be careful to check it up time to time to empty the iced and put it in the freezer quickly.
Cons
Tried contacting frigidaire no luck. Over a week and still no response from them regarding a replacement. I have to reset the basket and switch it off and on a few times to get it started again.

The placement of the drain plug and how tight an area it is makes it a pain to unplug the drain after each use especially if you have big fingers as i do
