The automatic shut off switch clicks off after a few seconds and never reaches the boiling boil. And to add insult to injury, the kettle is now outside the 1 year warranty, and not useable.

It looks amazing but most important i loved the quality, it's solid and heavy and boils water quickly.
I am not returning it because i can’t be bothered with the hassle.
Works great but it’s loud while it’s heating up.

You can find less expensive electric kettle in the market the lid comes off a bit hard and the handle doesn’t bend so refilling is not as easy as other kettles
