I really like the filter notification light because i easily forget to change filters and the light stays on until you clean the filter. Remote is handy. Really satisfied with this purchase.

The compressor and this air conditioner—in general—is smooth and respectful of your presence. As for the complaints that it is too loud during operation, that's debatable. It is definitely quieter than my old one, even on full blast.

Fan advertises to all comers (aquatic insects) that a wonderful warm pond is available for reproduction. Took about 10mins to mount and seal. Mount it securely according to the directions and its just fine.

Cons

The fan works but the condenser doesn't so it's useless as an a/c. It cools, but the room never gets comfortable; i have to always nudge the temperature up or down. The fan noise is normal for an a/c, maybe not the quietest but definitely not the loud... Read More
