It's mid-summer and i can't even turn the freaking thing on anymore! My bedroom is only about 400 sq/ft and even on the highest setting my room doesn't get very cold.

This unit has been great so far and is fairly quiet for the btus.
Though not as quiet as the 6000btu version, this works very well and easily cools my 600 sq ft bedroom/ensuite.
I was looking for a good quality brand that would live up to expectations.
Packaging/appearance
It was packed well and shipped quick, however the packaging needs to be thicker for the side with the fins as one spot they were dented.

This unit doesnt have a drain hole though for water because it splashes water onto the coils to cool and evaporate so the most annoying thing about this unit is the splashing noise and that it doesnt remove humidity too well

I suggest being prepared to purchase more draft proofing insulation to fit your window as the gap underneath the unit and my window sill was too large for the included ones

Shortterm solution is to stick a highabsorbant rag in the back outside and let the water drain out that way

If i had to complain about anything it would be canada posts useless tracking capabilities
