Pros

It's the quietest air-conditioner i've ever owned. Construction is very sturdy. Works like a charm.

Placing and securing the unit is easy, again with the assumption that you've two people who can move the unit smoothly. The only drawback i can see is if someone does not realize that this unit requires a sleeve.

Cons

This is the third air conditioner i have bought and doesn't work right. The whole my contractor made for this unit only fits this unit. Right after the warranty expires it breaks and there are leaks. I wish we would have gone to sears and spent the ex... Read More
