Cons
Flashing p1 and not cooling. Either my product is defective, or the design is off. The unit is really heavy and the extension part and, window slats were cheaply made.

This product works well, it cools my 12' x 11' room very well.
I’m also impressed with the noise level.
I have casement windows and knew that the window kit that comes with the machine wouldn't work.
I didnt buy this product off amazon, i live in canada and it was being sold on sale at a local electronic store.
Shipping
I am a senior so paying all that money is like choosing medications or shipping back a product i canceled.
Packaging/appearance
I have very little space and i can move this around and tuck it into a corner out of the way when i’m not using it.
Competitiveness
I was on back order for a costway air conditioner even tho i canceled it.
I feel so taken advantage of with costway.

Unless you are using it in your home office and need to be on zoom calls

Now for the window hose connector if you have a horizontal sliding window that is not outrageously high the plastic cover wont work

The aluminum windows are not very good in this room so sealing it off did not go well
