Filter is defective--possibly a knock-off product. This is the same as the inkjet scam for printers but even more over priced!

After draining out two gallons of water, it tastes awful and it's getting worse. After 30 days or so they get clogged or start restricting water flow to that of a dribble. My water has the worst metallic taste after this replacement.
