Pros

Would buy again from this seller due to value and quality and of item. Called manufacturer’s warranty number and was pleasantly surprised to find a warranty service center in my small town. Double box in shipping and no damage found upon unpacking.

Super fast boil on powerboil. It feels like i cut dinner prep in half. Perhaps the only downside is that you must use steel or cast iron cooking pots and pans.

Easy to install in existing cutout. Old cooktop was installed with a foam gasket around the edge. Its' about the thickness of the bracket.

Nothing burns on it, no scrubbing. Cleaning is the same as the wolf, comes clean with the cleaner. Clean it with the cleanser that comes with it.

I think it's a very good choice if you are not very picky. It looks great becuase it is always clean. I like how this one is lighter than the older cooktops.

Cons

The largest burner is seriously underpowered, even used alone. Some times it takes forever to get it to turn back on and adjust to the right heat settings.

Grrrrrrr grrrrgrrrr. Be warned. Beware of this seller.

Frigidaire's customer service is deliberately cumbersome. Service call cancelled with no explanation. Returned to amazon and ordered exact same cooktop.

The controls are soooo touchy. One year warranty expires.

We were lucky enough to score one of these when it was just over five hundred bucks.

This product was fairly expensive when first released, a little over 1600.

This unit is an excellent price because it is discontinued.

We let the seller know and they promptly sent us a prepaid return label.

After the first unit was damaged during shipment, no hassle delivery of replacement unit.

Even at eight hundred now it's a decent buy, ikea seems to sell the same model with their branding for over a grand.
