One complane when we open the box the unit look like its used we found icecream and water spots so if its used should be a lover price for it

You have to prefreeze the inner bowl it is heavy because it has material in it that keeps it cool a long time once frozen so it is easy to make icecream as apposed to some machines that require you to use ice and salt

When you make your icecream premix all the ingredients together and put into the fridge for a half an hour so the mixture is cool then you can pour the mixture right into the machine note the machine must be on and turning when you pour the mixture into the machine so nothing sticks to the bowl
