I love how effortlessly queerness is brought into this world. Nico de angelo and will solace. Full of cutesy boyfriend fluff, like hand holding, forehead kissing, falling asleep in each other's arms and teasing.
This book is my favorite of rick riordan by far. Traditionally, rick’s characters are dark and not trite. All of the sarcasm is there, which i loved.
Nico de angelo is an interesting character, for a demigod. D and chiron work well together, both strategically in battles and romantically. I like the moral to the story traveling to tartarus through the quest these two demigods undertake.
Nico and will solace go on a quest to save bob the titan. Bob was iapetus the titan before he was dunked the river lethe and recreated himself.
Cons

Although i loved this book it was a little bit confusing when nick and will were talking to the nymph because of how it was like 1 chapter with them talking to the nymph and like 3 chapters of them back in the present

I would suggest that you read heroes of olympus and trials of apollo before you read this book because i only read heroes of olympus and it was a tiny bit confusing
