Pros & Cons
Pros
A very important supplement for my parrots. Our eclectus parrot loves these and can't get enough of them. I ground the seeds in my coffee grinder. If you grind the seeds + make tea from the powder, it makes a very pleasant herbal tisane.
Cons
If the seeds are organic aren’t they suppose to sprout? Tried to sprout for 5 days. These are very dangerous especially when chewing them raw. They are very solid stones and can be extremely harmful to teeth.

Ground a bit so the bio availablity would be increased.
