Pros & Cons
Cons
The cinnamon is the one that really stuck out for me and was not a fan.
Highlights
Quality
We blacken salmon at least once a week, and i use many organic blackening spices and cayenneand crushed red pepper on ours !
Used this on swordfish steaks and tilapia.
Blackening is the way to go for holding the flavor & no other spices are necessary when using this product.
Not true cajun blackening powder, but great taste, and organic.
Competitiveness
This is good but i like old bay better.
