Prices is not ridiculously high for what you get. It's a little pricey but totally worth it. Would purchase again. But otherwise awesome.

Indonesian cassia is the sweetest and most mild of the cassia cinnamons. Saigon cassia (aka vietnamese) has a kick of spicy heat. Ceylon cinnamon is delicious too.

The scent is so intoxicating and divine, you’d of thought an * item was inside the jar the way i was inhaling the scent. Has a very rich taste and aroma.

Use it in my coffee, oatmeal, baked goods. Most recently in my canning. Particularly good on a cold items like rice pudding.

Other cinnamons are scratchy to my * when drinking, but this one is smooth and goes down well. I'm on the keto diet and recently learned cinnamon has carbs! I'm a cinnamon lover and this cinnamon is sooooo good.
