Pros & Cons
Pros
The bottom has soft plastic to prevent bugs/ water ect. The seal is optimal, and though it hasn't been a long time to see whether the rubbers would fatigue early, so far it appears very durable. Drill some pilot hole and install the included screws.
Cons
Bottom slits need to be a little more flexible n soft. Cold weather makes the insulation very hard to open because they become rigid or stiff.
