The ice is awesome that it makes. Our pups love them and we love our pups. Only complaint is it is bulky for it's purpose.

Easy to fill up, store, freeze and use. Cleaning the tray is simple. It's easy to clean and stores nicely in my cabinet. Easy to clean straight in the dishwasher.

They take a long time to melt and they chill the beverage instantly. They get colder and stay cold for much longer than they ever did with regular ice cubes.

The middle gets stuck to the inner hole so it takes a bit of jostling to get the ice out. These are really cumbersome. Remember, this is heavy, floppy, and ice is slippery.
